Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage multiple high-performing software development teams, delivering enterprise-grade solutions and overseeing end-to-end development
• Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution while promoting automation and DevOps adoption
• Establish development standards, processes, and best practices to ensure software quality and scalability
• Lead technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate technologies for future adoption
• Hire, mentor, and manage developers while addressing performance and people-related issues
• Provide technical guidance for estimating efforts, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with onshore/offshore teams for successful delivery

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Engineering degree with 14 plus years of total experience with 6+ years of experience in managing application development teams
• Experience in designing and developing REST based services / Microservices and Integrations
• Exposure to AWS/GCP or any other cloud platform, APIGEE Edge, CI/CD
• This role requires a good understanding of the SDLC, new ways of developing software including Agile and Devops
• Exposure to Telecom OSS will be an added advantage
• Experience in front end technology will be plus

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of designing and developing large scale, high quality full stack software systems using Java, Spring Boot, API using DevOps methodology
• Familiar with deployment in Docker containers orchestrated by Kubernetes
• Candidates should have strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
