What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Program Manager, Technical Alliances Operations & Strategy, you will lead highly visible, cross-functional, and cross-company programs that enable Omnissa’s most strategic technology partnerships. The Technical Alliances team identifies, develops, and scales partnerships with Omnissa’s Top 20 technology alliance partners to deliver “better together” solutions that create differentiated customer value and competitive advantage.
The development, co-marketing, and co-selling of these solutions require orchestrating complex initiatives across internal and alliance partners teams including product management, engineering, support, finance, legal, marketing and sales as well as executive stakeholders. The value of these projects contributes to Omnissa worldwide revenue growth, time to market & pipeline acceleration, and competitive differentiation to meet customer demand.
This role is focused on driving and improving the efficiency of these complex projects to ensure on-time completion, reduction in risks, and delays, while increasing partner satisfaction. Identify and introduce best practices, process standardizations, and improved program status transparency and communication.
We are looking for someone who can:
Lead, drive and track complex, cross functional, cross-company technical alliance programs ensuring alignment across product management, engineering, support, finance, legal, marketing and sales as well as executive stakeholders.
Partner closely with Alliance Managers and Alliance partners to strategize and identify GTM opportunities and use-cases to integrate technologies and deliver scalable, joint solutions that address customer needs.
Plan, coordinate, and manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance models across internal teams and external partners.
Anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks through analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear execution plans.
Lead and motivate teams through complex technical and operational initiatives, balancing competing priorities, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Provide clear, timely communication and executive level status updates, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
Build trusted relationships with cross functional teams including product management, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales leaders.
Boost productivity by leveraging AI-driven tools and automation across workflows
Drive continuous improvement by evolving program management processes, templates, and best practices based on lessons learned and retrospective.
What will you bring to Omnissa? (List required / preferred skills)
10+ years of prior work experience in a professional office environment with executive stakeholders, product development, and partner ecosystems.
Experience working in a Consulting or Project / Program Manager role preferred.
Experience working in the technology industry is required, and end user computing preferred.
Strong skills using MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint, AI tools such as M365 Copilot Experience with Confluence, JIRA and SFDC are a plus.
Demonstrable organization and great attention to detail and quality of work output.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities on a regular basis with confidence, urgency, and professionalism.
Ability and desire to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Comfortable pushing back and/or escalating in appropriate situations.
Comfortable with working through ambiguity and finding solutions.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a strong plus.

This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is USD $199,275 – $332,125 per year. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
