As a Senior Program Manager for Transformational Programs in Sales and Success, you will lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive transformational change and operational excellence. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and business acumen to deliver scalable solutions that align with Atlassian's strategic goals. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,100 - $204,100
Zone B: $137,800 - $183,700
Zone C: $127,100 - $169,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring messages to ensure clarity, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Influence executive leadership by presenting actionable insights, securing buy-in, and ensuring transparency on program progress.
Program Management and Execution
- Establish structure and momentum from ambiguity, creating clarity and actionable plans for stakeholders and teams.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, risks, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders demonstrating incremental progress
- 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
- Expertise in program management, executive influence, risk mitigation, and systems thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver incremental value.
- Understanding of business operations, marketplace trends, and best practices, particularly within Sales and Customer Success functions.
