Coordinating the nervous system of our commerce experience
Are you passionate about orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional B2B commerce experiences? Coveo's Ecommerce Business Unit is expanding and seeks its foundational B2B-focused role: a Program Manager to connect and coordinate efforts across the organization.
Reporting to the GM of Commerce, you will serve as the nervous system connecting various departments, ensuring our B2B commerce initiatives are aligned, executed efficiently, and that we drive measurable results for our customers.
This role offers a high-visibility opportunity to influence Coveo's B2B commerce strategy and execution across the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drive B2B Strategic Initiatives: Shape the B2B roadmap for the Ecommerce BU by collecting input across customer accounts, industry trends, and internal stakeholders.
- Orchestrate Execution Across Functions: Work with Sales, SEs, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure consistent progress on B2B-focused projects—from pre-sales readiness to product roadmap alignment.
- Program Ownership: Own and track key B2B initiatives (e.g., B2B launch packages, integrations, partnerships, messaging), ensuring they are delivered on time and in scope.
- Sales Enablement & Feedback Loop: Support B2B sellers and sales engineers with market insights, collateral, and competitive intel. Gather field feedback and loop it back into product and strategy.
- Customer Engagement Support: Act as a strategic voice in customer conversations where B2B use case nuance matters, especially in early-stage or pilot deployments.
