We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing efforts with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other key Strategic and Technology partners. This is a high-impact role for an agile, data-driven marketer with deep experience either within AWS or working closely with AWS through the Partner Network and co-marketing programs.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and executing mid- and lower-funnel campaigns that drive measurable revenue and ROI. You’ll serve as the central connector across Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Sales, ensuring partner marketing strategies are aligned and activated across the go-to-market engine.
In addition to AWS, you’ll also own the strategy and execution of marketing programs with our broader ecosystem of strategic alliances and technology partners, building integrated campaigns that extend our reach and amplify joint value.
What you’ll do:
- Lead AWS Co-Marketing & Strategic Partner Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with AWS and other priority partners, including co-branded content, webinars, digital campaigns, and events.
- Own End-to-End Partner Marketing Lifecycle: Build and manage multi-touch campaigns—especially mid- and lower-funnel programs—that deliver against pipeline and revenue goals. Maintain a razor-sharp focus on ROI and funnel velocity.
- Performance & Attribution: Create campaign measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards to track KPIs, ROI, funnel contribution, and partner impact. Use data-driven insights to guide optimization and stakeholder reporting.
- Strategic Partner Ownership: Serve as the primary marketing lead for AWS and other key strategic and technology partners, ensuring messaging consistency, mutual value creation, and ongoing collaboration.
- MDF Strategy & Management: Lead the proposal, execution, and reporting of Market Development Funds (MDF) with AWS and applicable partners to maximize co-marketing investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue across internal stakeholders—including Revenue Marketing, PMM, BD, and Sales—to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution on partner initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders, including AWS and other partner marketing teams. Present campaign plans and performance to senior leadership.
What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B partner or field marketing, with specific experience working with or at AWS, and familiarity with the AWS Partner Network and MDF processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading partner marketing campaigns across AWS and strategic technology partners—with a focus on mid and bottom-of-funnel outcomes.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term partner growth with short-term pipeline results.
- Highly agile, organized, and effective in cross-functional environments with fast-moving priorities.
- Deeply data-driven, with experience in campaign attribution, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Outstanding communicator and collaborator, capable of aligning multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Healthcare: 90-100% paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee and dependents + on demand health care concierge
- HSA, FSA, & DCFSA: Pre-tax savings plans for healthcare and dependent care, with up to a $600 annual employer contribution to the HSA plan (if enrolled in HSA medical plan)
- 100% paid short and long term disability plus life + AD&D benefits
- Learning & Development: $500 annually towards professional development opportunities + $250 annually towards personal development opportunities
- Flexible Time Off: Flexible vacation policy for strong, fully charged batteries
- 16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave: An inclusive policy to ensure you have time with your newborn, newly adopted, or foster child
