About Ping Identity:

At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.

Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.

While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.

We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.

At Ping Identity, we help enterprises protect millions of identities every day. Our industry-leading solutions in multi-factor authentication (MFA), fraud detection, risk-based access, and identity verification deliver secure, seamless digital experiences for some of the world’s largest organizations.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our team and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for these critical solutions. This highly customer-facing role is your opportunity to combine deep technical knowledge with relationship-building skills—supporting enterprise customers, gathering feedback from the field, and partnering with our product teams to influence the future of identity security.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to deliver roadmap presentations, technical deep dives, and best-practice sessions.
  • Answer technical questions about deployment architecture, integration patterns, and modern authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO).
  • Act as a bridge between customers and product teams—capturing field insights, feature requests, and emerging needs to help shape product strategy.
  • Partner with account teams and solutions engineers on pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including demos, POCs, and technical consultations.
  • Develop and maintain enablement resources such as solution briefs, FAQs, demo scripts, and technical guides.
  • Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies in authentication, fraud detection, and identity verification.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles (e.g., pre-sales engineer, technical account manager, or product enablement).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols and standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, Passkeys).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A definite plus is a strong understanding of MFA, fraud/risk engines, and identity verification technologies.
Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll work at the intersection of customer success and product innovation—helping enterprises solve real-world security challenges while bringing their voices directly into our product strategy.
