As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in creating and optimizing our product management and design processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, customer success, sales, operations and PMO. You will streamline processes, enhance product planning workflows, help with data driven insights and drive operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in product management and design processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Tool Implementation: Evaluate, implement, and manage tools to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage product operations projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of product management and design processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on product management and design tools, systems, and processes.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track OKRs to measure the effectiveness of product operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Planning and roadmap communication: Work with cross-functional teams to run and optimize the quarterly planning process, track commitments and communicate roadmap and deliverable across the organization.
- Experimentation: Establish processes and tooling to enable product and design teams to run effective experiments.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field within the SaaS industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product management and design processes.
- Experience with product management and design tools (e.g., Jira, ProductBoard, Figma, In-App guidance tools).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough familiarity with analytics stacks including Segment, Amplitude and BI tools.
- Ability to create workflows using Zappier, Retool or other tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $148,500 - $183,500
Tier 2: $133,700 - $165,200
Tier 3: $118,800 - $146,800
