What We are Looking For:
Airlock Digital is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive product-level go-to-market strategy and execution as we continue to expand our presence in the cybersecurity market.
This role will translate Airlock Digital’s market positioning and messaging into compelling product narratives that support product launches, sales engagement, and marketing programs. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to ensure Airlock’s capabilities are clearly communicated across the buyer journey.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product innovation, market strategy, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of technical products and is comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives that bring new capabilities to market.
Key Responsibilities:Positioning and Messaging
- Translate Airlock Digital’s overall market narrative into clear product-level positioning and messaging for specific capabilities and solutions.
- Develop messaging that communicates the value of Airlock’s platform to security practitioners, IT leaders, and executive buyers.
- Ensure consistent product messaging across marketing materials, sales assets, partner communications, and digital channels.
Go-To-Market Strategy and Product Launches
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for new product capabilities, feature releases, and enhancements.
- Partner with Product Management to define target audiences, problem spaces, value propositions, and messaging strategies for new initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional launch coordination across marketing, sales, and channel teams.
- Measure and refine launch performance using defined success metrics and market feedback.
Sales Messaging and Competitive Positioning
- Develop product narratives, pitch materials, and competitive positioning that support sales engagement.
- Create core product marketing assets including solution briefs, competitive battlecards, messaging guides, and product presentations.
- Support strategic sales opportunities by providing positioning guidance and competitive insights.
- Partner with Product Enablement and Sales Enablement teams to ensure product messaging and assets are translated into scalable training and field readiness initiatives.
Partner and Ecosystem Messaging
- Develop messaging and positioning for strategic technology integrations and alliance partnerships.
- Support joint solution narratives and “Better Together” messaging with key ecosystem partners.
- Create partner-facing product marketing assets that help partners position and sell integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with Channel and Alliances teams to ensure partner messaging aligns with Airlock’s broader product narrative and go-to-market strategy.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor cybersecurity market trends across endpoint security, EDR/XDR ecosystems, and application control.
- Develop competitive insights and positioning frameworks that help sales teams differentiate Airlock against alternative solutions.
- Gather insights from customers, prospects, and field teams to inform messaging and go-to-market strategy.
Buyer Journey Content and Thought Leadership
- Develop product marketing content that supports the buyer journey, including solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, and product-focused thought leadership.
- Partner with Content and Demand Generation teams to ensure marketing programs reflect product messaging and market positioning.
- Amplify customer success stories that highlight real-world outcomes and reinforce Airlock’s value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent go-to-market execution.
- Provide clear strategic briefs and product insights to content, demand generation, and creative teams.
- Act as a key connector across teams to ensure Airlock’s product story is consistently communicated across customer touchpoints.
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong experience developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for technical products.
- Experience supporting product launches and translating complex technology into clear market narratives.
- Experience creating sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, and solution messaging.
- Experience developing marketing content that translates complex technical concepts into clear narratives, including thought leadership, whitepapers, solution briefs, videos and website messaging.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets, technologies, and buyer personas is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience marketing endpoint security, application control, or adjacent cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience supporting technology alliances or ecosystem integrations.
- Experience working with partner-driven go-to-market models.
- Experience working in high-growth cybersecurity startups or scale-up environments.
What We Offer:
We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of USD $148,000 - $178,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
