As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will define product positioning, manage product launches, create marketing content, and optimize distribution channels to enhance market understanding of AI-driven solutions.
About Zowie:
At Zowie, we’re revolutionizing how businesses interact with their customers. We’re creating a future where AI Agents handle 100% of customer interactions—delivering instant, personalized, and exceptional experiences.
We believe AI Agents represent the next major technological shift, and Zowie is positioned to lead the charge. Leading consumer brands like GetYourGuide, DocMorris, Monos, Monica Vinader, Decathlon, InPost already trust our AI Agents to be on the front line of their customer care efforts, handling millions of conversations monthly.
About the role
But even with all of that success we feel that right now... our product is ahead of our story! Too often, prospects leave demos surprised by how much Zowie actually can do. In a world loud with AI hype, our tech actually delivers. The gap? Our product marketing doesn’t yet convey that truth.
This is why we’re now searching for a thoughtful product marketer to join our Product team - to give our category-defining AI product the voice it deserves in a red-hot market and fuel our next stage of growth.
Shape an emerging industry:
Very few Product Marketers ever get the chance to enter a huge emerging industry, at exactly the right time, with the right product, and few constraints. Zowie is such an opportunity.
We’re already proving how AI is capable of generating great cost savings, improving customer satisfaction, and driving revenue. And yet… the market hasn’t been properly defined so far - there isn’t a clear leader shaping how these solutions are talked about, the vocabulary is barely established, there are few best practices. Here, you’ll have a chance to invent and shape the standards of communicating in this new field - including how others understand and talk about this space.
And you won’t be limited by unnecessary red tape either. Even though we’re still early-stage, we think seriously about Product Marketing, invest in it strategically, and are unafraid of taking creative chances.
Interested? Let's chat!
What you'll do:
- Own positioning & differentiation. Define the pitch architecture and category narrative that set us apart.
- Run the release calendar & launches. Tier S/M/L releases with audiences, goals, and channels; drive cross‑functional accountability and orchestrate launches end‑to‑end.
- Create core product marketing content & assets. Turn product briefs into crisp messaging, web/blog/newsletter/social updates, one‑pagers, and sales‑deck slides; manage partners to produce value‑highlighting visuals.
- Build demos & explainers. Produce short videos and visual explainers that make capabilities obvious.
- Distribute and optimize. Ensure publishing across all channels and internal comms; track KPIs, gather feedback, run competitive research, refine messaging, and create case studies.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B tech companies, ideally in enterprise SaaS
- Experience developing product positioning and messaging strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for crafting compelling narratives around products and strategies
- Proficiency in using data to guide marketing decisions and measure success
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to explore new perspectives and devise creative solutions, and creative approaches to marketing challenges
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Please note, as you'll be working a lot with the Teams in Europe (Central European Time), Zowie needs the Product Marketing Lead to be in Eastern or Central Time in North America - ideally in NY, where part of our team is based already. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
AI-native culture:
Our team embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work - not just for speed, but for creativity, documentation, and scale. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to develop within this space and contribute to such culture by bringing ideas to the table, and continuously evolving their approach to leverage emerging tools.
We are:
• Ambitious and innovative. We never settle. We always look for better ways of doing things.
• Like a sports team. We take ownership of our work and believe in personal accountability. At the same time, we work together, support each other, and focus on winning as a team.
• Unafraid of change. The market we're in is changing rapidly and we thrive in this ever-evolving environment.
• Growing fast. You’ll have a lot of autonomy and impact as we grow.
