The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead strategy and messaging for Teamwork Collection, targeting new audiences, and driving content and campaigns to enhance awareness and conversions across non-technical teams.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Teamwork Collection (TWC) is a suite of connected Atlassian apps and platform experiences that include Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo. The collection makes it easy for organizations to connect projects to goals, plan and track work, and unleash knowledge so that all teams can collaborate more effectively across their organization.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Teamwork Collection's expansion, you will partner with a Principal Product Marketer to identify new target audiences, shape the strategy and messaging to reach them, and drive the content that will relay the combined value of Teamwork Collection to them. You should be adept at distilling data into action, as you'll be leading research into buyer and influencer personas to help us understand their pain points, as well as the market and competitive headwinds that impact how they evaluate technology purchases. A pivotal part of your role will be strong partnerships with sales, field marketing, and demand generation teams in order to optimize the funnel to attract executive-level decision-makers.
In short, you will play a pivotal role in helping Atlassian expand beyond our stronghold in technical teams (devs, IT, etc.) to reach their non-technical counterparts (marketing, HR, ops, etc.) as we become the system of work for ALL teams across the enterprise.
