We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for these foundational capabilities, enabling customers to unlock the full value of their data and assets across Atlassian.
As a Senior PMM, you will own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle for our platform data experiences. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to define and execute strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and customer success for our platform and analytics offerings. You'll be a key voice in shaping how Atlassian's platform and data capabilities are brought to market, differentiated, and scaled.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you'll be responsible for
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Teamwork Graph, Data Experiences, and Assets, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and enablement.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product strategy and marketing plans.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling narratives that articulate the value of Atlassian's platform, analytics, and asset management capabilities to technical and business audiences.
- Sales & Field Enablement: Create enablement materials, training, and collateral to empower sales, customer success, and partner teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence product roadmap and ensure market fit; work with Marketing and Communications to drive integrated campaigns.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and inform ongoing strategy.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Atlassian at industry events, webinars, and with analysts to establish our leadership in platform and data experiences.
This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer with deep experience in platform product marketing, analytics, and/or marketing data products. Required:
- 5-7+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on platform, analytics, or data products (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technical products
- Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, data/analytics products, and/or asset management solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams in a highly cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategy and measure impact
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., developers, IT, data teams)
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and ecosystem
- MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field
