As a Finance Manager in Corporate Topline, you will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Topline Planning. Your primary responsibility will be supporting top-line planning and reporting at the corporate level. This a highly visible role within the organization and involves both close collaboration with senior business leaders company-wide and analysis of financial performance to help shape key decisions for executives. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone B: $124,200 - $162,150
Zone C: $114,300 - $149,225
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

As a Finance Manager in Corporate Topline, you will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Topline Planning. In this role, you'll get to:
- With your robust financial and analytical background, you will collaborate with senior leaders across the company and the wider finance team to drive insights into the company's Topline performance and support informed decision-making through both our regular reporting cadence and on an ad-hoc basis.
- You will be heavily involved with preparing Topline updates as part of executive and board monthly/quarterly reports.
- You will also assume a pivotal role in the corporate Topline planning process, including Quarterly Rolling Forecasts, Long Range Plan, and more. Through this work, you will empower both our finance team and other business leaders to manage their business from a topline perspective.
- You will work on projects to support continuous improvement of our processes and bring fresh ideas to help us work smarter and better as our business continues to grow in complexity.
- You will develop a deep understanding of the key drivers of the Atlassian business and be able to influence them.
- You will also work closely cross-functionally with the broader finance teams (IR, Controllership, Treasury, Accounting, etc.), program management, analytics, and strategy teams.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, with the majority in financial planning and analysis in tech (in particular Software / SaaS), consulting, or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills with demonstrated experience in revenue forecasting and reporting on business performance results.
- Excellent organization skills and experience managing projects with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to draw upon insights to tell a compelling story using data to help influence key decisions.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex financials to executive-level stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with high executive-level visibility of work.
- Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- A curiosity to learn and take initiative to tackle problems independently.

- Exposure to working with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan)
- Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau)
- Hold a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
