About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

Nebius is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and evolve our enterprise story: the narrative, messaging, and go-to-market motion that turn Nebius’s full-stack differentiation into pipeline and revenue with mid-market and enterprise buyers. You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States.

This is a role for someone who has done enterprise product marketing in B2B cloud or AI infrastructure modern tech companies and can prove it, through messaging and content they built, as well as through orchestrating the GTM motion behind it. You understand the AI cloud stack well enough to hold your own with engineers, and you know what it takes to move a complex enterprise buying committee (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, security, procurement teams) over a 6-18-month cycle with programs, plays and enablement. You’ve built messaging that sales actually uses, and you measure your work in enablement adoption, win rates, and deals influenced, not just assets shipped.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you'll be a driving force behind how Nebius positions itself to the enterprise, and a force multiplier for the go-to-market teams: sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships, who carry that story into the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and evolve the enterprise narrative. Working across product, sales, sales engineering and other marketing teams, your mission is to create and own the enterprise layer of the Nebius story, from our “ultimate AI cloud” positioning down to persona-specific messaging. Translate our differentiators and layer of our cloud stack (from custom GPU servers, to AI orchestration and MLOps tooling, Token Factory, and our agentic layer) into clear, credible messaging that resonates with technical and business decision-makers alike.
  • Design and orchestrate the enterprise customer journey. Map the 6–18 month enterprise buying cycle end-to-end and define what moves a buyer at each stage, from awareness, to evaluation, decision, and expansion. Design the plays, content, and touchpoints for each stage, and partner with digital/ABM and field marketing teams, to sequence and target them by account. Own the logic and strategy of the journey, not just the assets that populate it.
  • Speak the enterprise buyer’s language. Develop messaging and proof around what enterprises actually evaluate: total cost of ownership, reliability and SLAs, security and compliance, data sovereignty and residency, migration risk, and vendor lock-in. Build the business case that gets Nebius through security review, procurement, and the CFO’s office.
  • Enable GTM teams to win. Arm sales, solutions, and partner teams with the assets and training they need to articulate Nebius’s value to every persona on the buying committee: first-call deck, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI/TCO tools, objection handling, and competitive positioning against hyperscalers and neoclouds. Run enablement sessions and measure whether the field is adopting and winning with what you build.
  • Own competitive and category positioning. Collaborate with other teams to maintain a sharp, evidence-based view of the AI enterprise infrastructure landscape and keep our differentiation current as the market moves. Turn that intelligence into positioning the field can defend and campaigns can lead with.
  • Create exceptional content. Produce and maintain the core enterprise asset library: solution briefs, white papers, reference architectures, case studies, web pages, webinars and videos, that educates and moves buyers along the journey from awareness to decision.
  • Support communications, PR, and analyst / investor relations. Feed the enterprise narrative into press moments, site launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials, in close coordination with comms, legal and other teams.
  • Champion the voice of the customer. Partner with sales and the customer marketing team to develop references, case studies, and proof points; bring real enterprise pain points and wins back into product and messaging.
  • Contribute strategically. Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape how we position Nebius in a fast-moving AI infrastructure market. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and partnerships as a trusted partner with a seat at the table, not just a content source.

We expect you to have:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record marketing to enterprise buyers in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure, (ideally AI cloud market), with a growing, modern company.
  • Proven traction in the enterprise segment ownership across the marketing lifecycle, including the ability to speak to win-rates and pipeline data, supporting enterprise deals.
  • Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys across long (6–18 month) buying cycles, and running account-based programs on ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase in partnership with our digital/ABM team, with clear measurables outcomes.
  • Solid technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack: GPU platforms and the NVIDIA ecosystem, networking, storage, IaaS, inference, and the ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Kubernetes, inference and agentic platforms), including the ability to go deep with engineers and translate up for executives and business buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience building and running sales and partner enablement, battlecards, pitch decks, sales playbooks and programs, competitive positioning, ROI/TCO narratives, and driving adoption of it across a field organization.
  • Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Infrastructure, IT Ops, Platform Engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and finance teams) and the concerns that gate a deal: TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, and lock-in.
  • Excellent hands-on writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and methodologies such as SCIPAB.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, audience-first narratives that resonate.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed, connecting the dots across functions and departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
