About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value, ARPU growth, and user retention within our subscription-based products.

This role is about creating and delivering value through the product — not just managing backlogs. You will be responsible for generating ideas, validating them, and executing product hypotheses end-to-end: from initial concept to UX definition, development, testing, and production rollout.

You will work closely with the Head of Product, UI/UX Engineers, CRO Managers, and Developers, ensuring that every product change is thoughtfully designed, clearly executed, and measured by real business impact.

We operate with exceptionally high standards for product quality and user experience. Every product change is expected to deliver a clear, intuitive, and frictionless experience — our goal is not incremental improvement, but consistently exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value & ARPU Ideation
Proactively generate product ideas and hypotheses aimed at increasing ARPU, improving product value, and reducing churn.

  • End-to-End Product Ownership
Own product initiatives from idea → UX definition → development → testing → production release, ensuring high quality at every stage.

  • Retention & Engagement Mechanics
Design and improve product mechanics that drive user retention, engagement, and perceived value within subscription models.

  • UX & Product Definition
Work closely with UI/UX Engineers to define flows, mechanics, and interactions that clearly communicate value and reduce friction.

  • Exceptional Product Quality & User Experience
Ensure that all product changes meet exceptionally high quality standards, delivering a clear, intuitive, and premium user experience. Every hypothesis and release should be carefully thought through in terms of UX, mechanics, and edge cases before reaching production.

  • Cross-Functional Execution
Collaborate with the Head of Product, Developers, and Analytics to ensure product hypotheses are executed correctly and efficiently.

  • Testing & Validation
Define success metrics, participate in experiment design, and analyze results to decide whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated, or removed.

  • Product Quality & Consistency
Ensure that all product changes are coherent, well-thought-out, and aligned with the overall product vision.

Qualifications

You are a dynamic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in the D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions). You excel at driving growth and innovation, with a deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies. In this role, you will be at the forefront, leading all departments with a focus on executing strategic initiatives and optimizing performance across the board. Your proven ability to manage teams, deliver results under pressure, and deeply engage in the technical and operational aspects of the business makes you the ideal candidate to steer our company towards continued success.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
