Dreem Health is America's leading digital sleep clinic, focused on fixing the broken sleep care journey. We connect patients with sleep specialists through a straightforward telehealth platform, eliminating lengthy wait times and complicated in-lab testing. Our clinicians diagnose sleep disorders using home-based tests and deliver effective treatment plans that patients can easily follow. We do this with the pace and creativity of a startup, and the focus of a team that knows every improvement in care makes a difference for patients.
Dreem Health is part of the Sunrise Group, a breakthrough technology company that's revolutionizing sleep care with innovative diagnostic and treatment technologies, including a home sleep test that's changing how sleep apnea is diagnosed. Together, we're tackling one of healthcare's biggest challenges: helping the 1+ billion people affected by sleep disorders get the care they deserve. With 85+ team members across the U.S. and Europe, and more than $50M in venture funding from leading investors including Amazon’s Alexa Fund, Eurazeo, Kurma, and VIVES, we are scaling our vision of making great sleep available to everyone.
As Senior Product Manager, Growth, you’ll be the product manager of our patient growth engine. You’ll partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to design and deliver product features, tools, and experiments that drive acquisition and activation at scale.
You’ll own the key product metrics for how patients sign up and reach their first meaningful outcome, and you’ll use data and user insights to decide what we build next. You’ll turn a long list of ideas into a sharp sequence of product bets and A/B tests, doubling down on what works and sunsetting what doesn’t.
If you want to own a critical product area and tie your work directly to measurable business impact, this role is for you.
In this role, you will:
- Own a growth-focused product roadmap and translate business goals into clear product priorities
- Lead experimentation and drive A/B testing and CRO initiatives from hypothesis to decision
- Design and improve acquisition touchpoints and in-product growth loops
- Turn marketing and commercial needs into scalable product capabilities and technical requirements
- Work closely with Engineering to ship growth features, tools, and supporting infrastructure
- Partner with Marketing and Provider Partnerships to increase adoption and enrollment
- Track performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into product decisions
- 5+ years in Product Management, including meaningful experience on growth, activation, and onboarding in a startup or scale-up
- A proven track record of improving key growth metrics from a product perspective (activation, conversion, or retention)
- Deep working knowledge of AARRR funnels and marketing tech, including analytics, event tracking, experimentation, marketing automation, attribution, and SEO
- Strong hands-on analytics: you’re comfortable with data tools (e.g., SQL or similar) and partnering with analytics/data teams on defining funnels and interpreting experiment results beyond surface-level stats
- UX sensitivity and attention to clarity/trust: able to improve user journeys through better information design, reassurance, and reduced friction (especially in healthcare contexts)
- Excellent problem solving skills and a bias toward action
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in healthtech or digital health
- You’ve built or scaled a growth experimentation engine (events, tooling, processes, playbooks)
- You’ve owned a critical growth KPI end-to-end and can show how you took it from X → Y, including the experiments that worked (and those that didn’t)
- Familiarity with marketing automation or experimentation tools
- Hands-on experience with the US market and its specific cultural and go-to-market dynamics
At Sunrise Group, we’re tackling real sleep health challenges that affect millions. We keep things clear and simple ✨, value trust and collaboration 🤝, and lead with optimism and compassion 🌞. These values guide everything we do. If you’re looking for the autonomy to take ownership of your work, make an impact, and be part of a team where ideas move fast and everyone has a voice, Sunrise might just be the right fit.

We hire humans, not bullet points. Don’t meet every single qualification? That’s okay. We care more about who you are than what’s on your CV.
