About the team

The Product Management team at Alloy brings together a deep understanding of client needs, fraud and identity trends, and financial technology to deliver solutions that help financial institutions scale safely and seamlessly. We’re hands-on problem solvers who work with partners across the company to focus on the highest-impact challenges and deliver measurable value. We don’t just ship best-in-class software—we build products that become mission-critical infrastructure for some of the largest financial institutions!

What you'll be doing

As Senior Product Manager you’ll: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of the financial institutions and people we serve to help them grow their businesses in safe, scalable ways
  • Dig into large, fuzzy problem spaces to bring clarity and direction 
  • Craft long-term vision, build consensus, and define roadmaps and actionable plans
  • Partner closely with Engineers, Designers and GTM teams across the org to execute on those plans effectively
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to drive excitement and adoption of new capabilities 
  • Define metrics and measure the impact of features for our clients and the business, contributing to our culture of innovation and improvement
  • Work with our customer-facing teams and directly with clients of all sizes to ensure our platform surpasses client expectations and to feed insights gained back into our products
  • Contribute to raising the bar for our Product Management team and for Alloy
Who we’re looking for

Alloy is looking for a technically-savvy senior product manager with proven success delivering and growing B2B SaaS products.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning a technical roadmap and delivering features that have impact for clients and the business
  • Deep curiosity about how our product and how our clients work, the challenges they face, and a desire to solve tough problems collaboratively
  • Experience working across multiple high performing teams
  • A track record of launching new product initiatives in close partnership with engineering, design and GTM teams from requirements to fully deployed and adopted functionality
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making to shape the platform's long-term vision
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience at a high-growth startup is highly desired

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!

This position has a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000. We're open to Senior 1 and Senior 2 applicants for this role, and will use the interview process alongside experience/tenure to inform offers.
