You will partner closely with engineering leads and architects to shape the roadmap for core platform capabilities including our Tasks Framework, which drives our My Tasks web application among others, and other content and communication services - balancing the modernization of legacy systems with shipping the agent-ready foundation that drives Workday's future vision. You will translate deep technical work into clear business value and help define what "agent-ready" means for the enterprise.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Owning the roadmap for core platform capabilities across one or more IXP products (Tasks Framework, My Tasks, others) in close partnership with engineering leads and architects,

Representing the platform to partner teams across Workday, and negotiating requirements to deliver the most value aligned with the product strategy. Using data to drive decisions - analyzing usage and telemetry to measure results, evaluate investment impact, and inform prioritization.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
