Own AI agent evaluation frameworks and deployment across Core Financials. Lead benchmark development, customer and ecosystem discovery, API and data-service integrations, cross-agent standards, and scalable self-service product frameworks. Partner with engineering, UX, research, finance leaders, and audit firms to translate requirements into production capabilities. Manage feature delivery, resolve technical dependencies, align stakeholders, communicate results to executives, and support monetization of Workday’s Financials AI portfolio.

Lead and deliver Workday HCM implementations: gather requirements, configure modules, build prototypes, support testing and data conversion, assist integrations, mentor consultants, and ensure customers adopt Workday solutions.

The role involves architecting AI solutions, optimizing ML systems, and deploying advanced retrieval frameworks. Engineers will lead ML lifecycle from research to production, collaborating across teams to build AI-first products.

Architect and co-innovate agentic AI solutions with strategic System Integrators and Frontier AI Model Providers. Lead pilot-to-production prototypes, design secure, production-ready AI agents and integrations across multi-cloud environments, advise CXOs on measurable AI outcomes, ensure compliance and data governance, and feed partner/customer insights back into product roadmaps. Travel up to 40%.

Own services strategy and quota-bearing services sales for enterprise Financial Services accounts. Lead discovery, scoping, implementation roadmap design, effort and cost estimation, proposals, statements of work, deal negotiation, and deployment risk coordination. Partner with account teams, pre-sales, implementation partners, Global Services, and Customer Experience to support subscription sales, services adoption, successful implementations, and long-term customer value.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack search services using React, Kotlin, Elasticsearch, and related technologies. Design high-quality features emphasizing performance, security, scalability, monitoring, and reliability.
