Design and deliver production-grade AI solutions for Workday Payroll using large HR/payroll datasets. Collaborate with product and software teams to build scalable ML models, perform data exploration, feature and prompt engineering, and deploy models (distributed training, hosting) to provide predictive analytics and recommendations for enterprise customers.

Lead design, development, and production deployment of large-scale ML and LLM-powered document intelligence products. Build and scale models and services, mentor ML engineering teams, drive model lifecycle, and apply knowledge graphs, GNNs, RAG, and cloud infrastructure to improve contract intelligence and customer experience.

Serve as a strategic, customer-facing CLM (Evisort) advisor to drive adoption, value realization, and maturity. Design and execute structured success plans, lead onboarding and optimization engagements, use usage data and health metrics to prioritize efforts, prepare executive briefings, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale reusable CLM success motions.
