The Senior Product Manager | Marketplace & Digital Commerce defines and executes product strategy for customer-facing marketplace experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and long-term customer value. This role owns products from discovery through delivery, partnering with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate customer insights into innovative solutions.

Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for marketplace and customer-facing products.
- Define product vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmap.
- Prioritize initiatives using customer insights and analytics.
Customer Discovery & Marketplace Innovation
- Lead product discovery through customer research and competitive analysis.
- Champion the voice of the customer.
- Improve marketplace experiences that increase engagement and adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
- Develop product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
- Build alignment across stakeholders.
Product Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Lead Agile development from concept through launch.
- Measure success using adoption, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Continuously improve usability and scalability.

Requirements:
Must Haves:
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience with customer-facing SaaS products.
- Marketplace, e-commerce, or two-sided platform experience.
- Experience leading products from concept through launch.
- Strong Agile, roadmap, and product discovery experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Nice to Haves:
- Benefits Tech, HR Tech, FinTech, Healthcare Tech, or Digital Commerce experience.
- API integrations or partner ecosystem experience.
- Marketplace growth, product adoption, or monetization experience.
- Experience mentoring Product Managers.
