Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets. Privately owned assets like commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital make up half of our financial ecosystem yet remain inaccessible to most people. We are digitizing these markets, and as a result, bringing efficiency, transparency, and access to one of the most productive corners of our financial ecosystem. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology – all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization – we want to hear from you.
Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
About your roleWe are looking for a highly experienced and autonomous Senior Product Manager to own the Treasury domain within our private markets platform. This is a high-leverage role where you will help define the vision and strategy for a complex product area, operate as a lead product voice for Treasury, and drive high-impact solutions that move real money for fund managers and their investors.
Treasury at Juniper Square touches some of the most consequential workflows in private markets: capital calls, distributions, wire and ACH orchestration, bank connectivity, and the reconciliation that ties money movement back to the general ledger. You will own how we make these workflows faster, more accurate, and more trustworthy for GPs and LPs.
AI fluency is a baseline expectation. PMs at this level should be comfortable using the full range of modern tools (e.g. LLMs, Cursor, Claude) to move faster and make sharper decisions. That might mean prototyping a workflow in Cursor before writing a spec, orchestrating AI agents to synthesize customer feedback into working theories, or drafting API contracts with a model loaded with our architecture context. The expectation is sound judgment about what will get to the best outcome for the customer and the team.
What you’ll doShape the Treasury roadmap: Help define the vision and multi-quarter strategy for Treasury at Juniper Square. Sequence the roadmap across reliability investments, workflow improvements, and new capability bets.
Ship end-to-end: Take problems from discovery through delivery. Plan projects, document requirements, and motivate those building solutions with an understanding of the “why” and the “what” to inspire their ownership of the “how”. Work with our go-to-market and investor services teams to roll out new capabilities and drive adoption.
Talk to customers: Spend meaningful time with our fund administration and investor services teams, and the GPs whose money movement we support. Use customer insights to sharpen or challenge strategic direction.
Lead cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, fund administration, investor services, compliance, and executive stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure execution serves both the business and the customer.
Build AI-native workflows: Treasury is where document processing, exception handling, and automated reconciliation create enormous leverage. Own the product direction for AI-powered capabilities across the domain - agentic document ingestion, automated matching, proactive exception flagging, generative summaries for GPs.
Simplify complexity: Treasury operations are genuinely hard - regulatory scrutiny, money-movement stakes, integrations with legacy bank systems, reconciliation across fund structures. Take on the hardest problems in the domain and deliver solutions that feel simple.
Must-have
5+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle.
Proven experience owning a complex product area end to end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a data-heavy or workflow-heavy domain.
Fluency with modern AI tooling. Comfort with LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code is expected - you should be able to run your own prototypes and use AI to get to answers faster than a traditional PM workflow allows.
Track record shipping AI-driven features with strong attention to trust, explainability, accuracy, and error states, especially in high-stakes domains.
Demonstrated autonomy: able to set vision, build roadmaps, define KPIs, and execute with minimal guidance while coordinating engineers, designers, and domain experts.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike.
Nice to have
Background in treasury, payments, banking, or fund administration (Fintech experience strongly preferred).
Familiarity with bank connectivity, ACH / wire orchestration, reconciliation workflows, or general-ledger / ERP integrations.
Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with real evaluation and monitoring discipline.
