About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of our Sales Experience, driving strategy and delivery for solutions and products that empower sellers to work smarter and faster.

This role is central to how our sales teams operate every day. Bridging the gap between sellers and the technology and products that accelerate lead-to-cash, resulting in making Global Payments easier to sell for and easier to buy from

Your work will help create seamless, integrated experiences that boost efficiency and enable sellers to focus on what matters most: connecting with customers and growing revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive product strategy for internal tools and workflows that enhance seller productivity and streamline the sales experience.

  • Partner closely with engineering, UX design, and internal teams to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives.

  • Own and maintain a product roadmap that reflects seller needs, business priorities, and efficiency goals, ensuring alignment across stakeholders resulting in clear outcomes.

  • Leverage data and feedback from sellers and internal teams to build business cases, validate requirements, and measure impact on seller performance.

  • Champion discovery and continuous improvement, using research, analytics, and direct seller input to inform decisions and optimize workflows.

  • Act as a trusted leader and collaborator, fostering alignment across teams and guiding initiatives that make the seller experience faster, easier, and more effective.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in sales tech, financial technology, or SaaS tools.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of aligning product vision with organizational goals and market opportunities.

  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, able to build consensus, manage conflict, and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset, passionate about creating solutions that improve user experience and deliver measurable value.

  • Adaptable leader who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Sales Technology, Revenue Operations, or Quote-to-Cash platforms (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud or similar).

  • Strong understanding of seller workflows and customer engagement models.

  • Background in financial technology, SaaS products, or enterprise B2B solutions.

Why You’ll Love It Here

At the intersection of sales and technology, you’ll build products that sellers actually love; tools that make their day easier, faster, and more rewarding.

We’re a product-led, sales-obsessed organization where curiosity, collaboration, and measurable impact guide every decision. If you’re driven by improving the sales experience and seeing your work translate directly into seller success, this is your next big opportunity.
