We’re Cubby Beds 👋
A fast-growing and high-impact startup that makes smart beds for people with cognitive conditions like Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Dementia and Autism. Our mission is to improve the lives of special needs kids and their families through our innovative products and go to market strategies. Since launch, we have changed the lives of thousands of families, been insurance covered in all 50 states, achieved profitability, and are building a growing team in our Denver HQ.
The next stage of the business is all about scaling our team, product, systems, and customer journey to help thousands more families get the safe sleep they deserve.
This is where you come in
When you join Cubby, you’re joining a team of builders and problem-solvers working to create meaningful change for families who need it most.
As our Senior Product Engineer (AI & Growth Systems), you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows, growth infrastructure, and internal tools that directly improve how Cubby operates and scales.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and go-to-market systems. You will build both internal operational tools and customer-facing growth infrastructure—from automating workflows for Sales and CX teams to launching new website pages, marketing systems, and data-driven experiences that help families discover and access Cubby.
Your success will be measured not by experimentation alone, but by real adoption, measurable efficiency gains, and tangible business outcomes.
You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, CX, Product, and Operations to identify high-leverage opportunities, ship systems teams rely on daily, and continuously improve them based on real-world usage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical systems that make a company run better—combining AI tools, APIs, business systems, and web infrastructure to deliver meaningful impact.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
Shipping High-Impact AI Workflows – Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows, customer experiences or internal tools that are actively used by business teams and tied to measurable operational or revenue impact.
Delivering Measurable Efficiency Gains – Reduce manual work, turnaround time, or error rates in targeted workflows, resulting in documented time savings or cost reduction.
Establishing Practical AI Standards & Guardrails – Implement monitoring, documentation, fallback logic, and quality controls to ensure AI systems are reliable and trustworthy.
Driving Adoption Across Teams – Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tools are adopted, understood, and continuously improved based on real feedback.
Providing Leadership Visibility into Impact – Report clear metrics on usage, performance, and ROI of AI systems deployed.
