The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our newly formed Advanced Reporting & Analytics squad within the Practice Management Pillar, focusing on evolving our EHR's reporting and analytics capabilities. You'll lead design efforts on reporting interfaces that help practices make informed decisions about client care, operational efficiency, and business performance. This role requires strong experience in designing data displays, dashboard interfaces, and analytics workflows that give clinical and administrative users the necessary data they need for taking action.
In this role, you'll design intuitive reporting experiences that serve the diverse needs of practices, from clinical outcome tracking to financial performance analytics. You'll tackle complex design challenges around data hierarchy, information architecture, and visualization methods that make sense of ongoing practice operations. Working closely with product, engineering, and customer support teams, you'll establish design patterns for analytics that scale across different user types and use cases, ensuring our reporting tools become a competitive advantage that drives customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver user-centered solutions for our EHR platform and small business tools
- Create and iterate on information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
- Develop and maintain consistent design patterns and guidelines across our products
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for product interfaces and user journeys
- Advocate for user needs and balance them with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the Practice Management PIllar
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of product design experience in a product or design-focused tech company
- Advanced in Figma
- Strong foundation in UI and interaction design, with special attention to detail, including strong writing skills for product copy and microcopy
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts , including conducting user testing to validate design decisions
- Capable of time management and meeting deadlines
- A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
- A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving, innovative solutions and clean visual aesthetic
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability
Base Compensation Range
$146,000 - $178,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
