  • Apply a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and product intuition to drive product innovation
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (senior leadership, engineering, design, data science, customer success, finance, other product teams, and marketing)
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to drive monetization and go-to-market strategy of new products
  • Define and track product metrics to measure the value that we are bringing to customers and the business, and support the team in the transformation of raw data into actionable business and product insights
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle from conceptualization of ideas through launch
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience working on RCM or insurance products
  • Ability to translate long-term vision into a coherent strategy for both executive audiences and working partners
  • Demonstrated experience turning highly complex problems into elegant solutions for users
  • Experience building and scaling 0-1 products
  • Passion for getting deep into the details of a product space/ industry and comfort with handling edge cases and complexity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, segment user populations, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and present complicated topics to a range of audiences

Bonus Points

  • Experience using AI and ML to solve user problems
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
