Lead design system work for a large account, creating and maintaining Figma libraries across native and web, producing component and pattern documentation, designing iOS/Android apps and websites, building prototypes, collaborating with engineering for handoffs and visual QA, and helping product teams adopt design systems while presenting and communicating design decisions.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a focus on Design Systems to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll work on one of our largest accounts, contributing to a design system that touches millions of people per year.
Candidates should have:
- Interaction or product design experience, designing iOS and Android native applications and websites
- Experience creating or maintaining enterprise-level design systems
- Maintained Figma libraries across both native and web platforms
- Experience in creating documentation for single components and larger UX patterns
- Worked with engineering teams for hand-offs and visual QA
- Experience helping product organizations adopt new design systems
- A clear communication style, with the ability to present design work internally for feedback
We’d like to know that you can:
- Design creative product experiences from initial concepting through detailed design and collaboration with development
- Solve complex experience challenges while delivering beautiful, usable interfaces
- Bring a high-level of creativity and creative problem solving to each project, and be comfortable with pushing boundaries
- Create both designs and detailed annotations that are informative and understandable for clients, designers and devs
- Create prototypes to explain key interactions and flows
- Work independently on projects with the guidance of your director
- Partner with teammates of different disciplines including Product Management, Production, and Development
- At the Lead level, manage multiple projects within a larger pod, and mentor other designers
- Adapt to different working styles and processes, from quick turn optimization to blue sky visioning
- Embrace challenges, not afraid to get your hands dirty and solution with fellow teammates and clients
The target range of compensation is $110k - $135k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
