About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist in Community Banking
In this role, you will:
  • Partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals
  • Perform complex statistical analysis and applies analysis to initiatives that support business strategies
  • Process broad based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues
  • Recommend subsequent strategies and business directions
  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects
  • Make decisions on matters with some financial impact and risk
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and emerging risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis, issue management, corrective action plans, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex risk topics clearly to senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and drive accountability in a matrixed environment
