A day in the life.

As our Senior Operations Specialist on the McGriff Specialty Team, you’ll provide guidance to teammates across the retail insurance organization, and to 3rd party vendors, in order to support firm growth and success. You’ll manage projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience

  • P&C Insurance License

  • Business insurance experience

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

  • Ability to work without direct supervision

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,600 to $139,100.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
