UTG PMO is the backbone of our engineering efforts, ensuring seamless program management and delivery. We lead best practices and processes to drive successful outcomes across Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Release Management. Our cross-functional programs harmonize our people and resources to achieve strategic objectives and deliver business-critical outcomes.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

- Provide leadership and strategic intelligence to streamline current processes, while shaping a forward-looking vision for an AI-powered cloud ecosystem.
- Optimize business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation frameworks.
- Enhance the customer experience by embedding AI into cloud touchpoints, improving personalization, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Proven experience integrating AI into cloud-based work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving (e.g., AI-powered observability, automated workflows, predictive analytics, or generative AI in cloud environments).
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML technologies, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices to operationalize AI at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering and scaling AI and cloud programs.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-growth, fast-paced environment, acting with urgency and adaptability.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and people leadership skills.
- Customer-first mindset with experience improving AI-driven cloud customer experiences.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, leveraging AI insights to drive business outcomes and validate solutions.
- Proven ability to create meaningful employee and leadership experiences that drive job satisfaction.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Agile certification a plus.
