About the role and what you'll be doing:
As a Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for making Sales more informed and more effective with a focus on areas including forecasting, key metric creation and reporting, data hygiene, Salesforce.com, process standardization and rollout, measurement of Sales effectiveness, go-to-market strategy. This role is critical in driving the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the sales team through data-driven strategies and streamlined processes.
What you will do:
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Operations employees.
- Run the global forecast process.
- Report on business metrics that drive Sales insights that can be actioned.
- Evaluate and optimize key sales metrics by adding or removing data points as needed to enhance visibility into pipeline health, team performance, and overall business trends.
- Own content and metrics of Monthly Sales Review.
- Develop and refine sales processes, workflows, and best practices to drive operational excellence
- Own business direction of Salesforce.com.
- Proactively identify and correct process and visibility gaps in Sales and Sales support functions, including Solution Architecture, Pricing, Legal, etc.
- Provide mass communications on SFDC changes, process rollouts to all Salesforce.com users with a focus on Sales.
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing strategic thinking to Sales organization.
- Translate business objectives into operational plans that drive execution and results.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in sales operations or a similar field.
- 2+ years’ experience as a business owner or architect of Salesforce.com.
- Experience in the technology or managed services industry
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills, with expertise in BI platforms.
- Expert in structuring, interpreting, and presenting data.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clari experience
- Go-to-market experience: building ICPs, territory management, measuring demand generation effectiveness
- Experience partnering with Sales support departments: Marketing, Partner channel, Solution Architecture, Pricing

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $112,000 to $163,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
