As Senior Manager, Performance Marketing at Eve, you'll lead and execute paid media strategies across various platforms, aiming to drive pipeline growth through experimentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams while managing budgets and reporting outcomes.
At Eve, we’re redefining what’s possible in legal technology. Our mission is to empower plaintiff law firms with AI-driven solutions that elevate how they operate, serve clients, and grow.
We believe the future of law will be built by “AI-Native Law Firms” — firms that are managed, scaled, and optimized by intelligent systems rather than manual processes and endless administrative work. Eve’s technology augments the capabilities of attorneys across every stage of a case — from intake and document review to strategy and settlement — so they can focus on what truly matters: achieving the best outcomes for their clients.
Our vision is simple yet transformative: enable every firm to operate at its highest potential through the power of AI.
Why Join Eve:
Product-market fit: Eve is used by over 550+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
As our Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will define and execute the overarching paid media strategy, unifying efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels to reliably fuel pipeline growth. This role is a unique opportunity to transform our paid media motion into a disciplined, test-and-learn machine, directly tied to opportunity creation and revenue. You'll lead rigorous experimentation, optimize unit economics, and ensure complete coverage of target accounts, ultimately delivering significant pipeline and contributing to our ambitious FY27 revenue targets. If you're a strategic player-coach with a passion for driving measurable impact and a knack for cross-functional collaboration, join us and make paid media a top-of-funnel and mid-funnel force multiplier.
What You'll Accomplish
- Own the end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and new channels (programmatic, Reddit, TikTok, X/Twitter, sponsorships), building quarterly plans that align always-on, event, content/brand, product launch, and ABM motions to deliver on FY27 pipeline goals.
- Lead execution with our agency partner and internal teams, setting clear goals, QA standards, and optimization agendas while rigorously piloting and scaling new channels with predefined guardrails.
- Drive a continuous experimentation roadmap across audience, offer, creative, and landing experiences, shipping 10-12 structured experiments per quarter and scaling winners to improve CPL and conversion rates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, RevOps, Demand Generation, and Revenue to ensure fresh narratives, assets, and targeted experiences; enforce data rigor with closed-loop attribution, source-of-truth dashboards, and shared taxonomy.
- Manage the paid media budget, allocate spend for maximum ROI, and provide executive-ready reporting on coverage, cost, conversion, pipeline, and ROAS.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with deep hands‑on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, Google; proven pipeline‑sourcing track record.
- Strategy + Execution: Player‑coach who can set strategy, write briefs, and guide agency execution while owning results.
- Experimentation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to design/run experiments and scale winners; comfort with creative testing and landing page optimization.
- Analytics & Attribution: Strong command of funnel metrics, ROAS/CAC/payback, UTMs, and dashboards; experience partnering with RevOps on sourced/influenced definitions.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Effective partner to Brand, Content, PMM, DG, Sales/SDR; strong written briefs and executive‑level reporting.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Direct experience leading an agency and evaluating/piloting new channels and sponsorships.
- AI-Native: You use AI on a daily basis in your professional and personal life.
