You will serve as the primary strategic partner to GTM stakeholders including the Americas Sales Leadership, the regional Partner Teams, and Corporate Marketing to design a unified, scalable go-to-market execution plan. As the primary regional marketing lead, you will focus on demand generation throughout the sales funnel, ensuring that programs are optimized to increase both opportunity volume and quality. This includes planning, executing, and measuring the success of high-visibility events, regional campaigns and ABX activities to build and accelerate the pipeline, ultimately driving pipeline conversion to revenue.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Organizational Scaling

  • Strategically allocate team responsibilities to maximize market coverage and high-touch execution across key territories.

Strategic Pipeline Growth & Territory Acceleration

  • Develop and execute the Americas regional marketing strategy to drive pipeline creation, expand existing accounts, and improve territory health.

  • Ensure regional programs seamlessly integrate with corporate campaigns, product/partner priorities, and regional sales objectives.

Executive & Field Event Strategy

  • Direct strategy for Armis-branded executive events, regional programs, partner co-marketing, and industry conferences

  • Deliver premium experiences—including executive roundtables and CISO-focused engagements—that strengthen relationships and generate elite demand

  • Oversee end-to-end regional execution ensuring seamless logistics, clear messaging, and measurable pipeline impact

Performance, Budget & ROI Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs tied directly to regional pipeline creation, marketing influence, and sales velocity

  • Manage the Americas regional marketing budget efficiently, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI

Qualifications

What we expect:

  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within B2B technology, with a strong preference for cybersecurity.

  • Lead and develop a team of Field Marketing Managers to drive pipeline creation and revenue target achievement across assigned territories/verticals.

  • Pipeline Champion: Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline impact and scale market penetration through sophisticated regional and partner marketing programs.

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that target technical and executive audiences (CIOs, CISOs, DevOps, Security Architects, etc.).

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong capabilities in measuring pipeline influence, tracking attribution models, and maximizing marketing ROI.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work seamlessly in a decentralized, cross-cultural team environment, fostering strong relationships and driving alignment toward common goals.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment, enjoys partnering closely with sales and partners, and is passionate about building scalable regional programs that strengthen Armis’ leadership in cyber exposure management.
