The role requires government sales experience, cybersecurity or OT/ICS expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a record of exceeding sales targets.

Partners with Sales to advise enterprise customers on cybersecurity, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk solutions. Leads technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements, customer validation, training, and executive discussions. Translates technical capabilities into business outcomes, creates customer-facing documentation, supports events, and collaborates cross-functionally to advance sales opportunities and improve customer outcomes. Travel is typically 25–50%.

Leads a regional presales Solution Consulting team supporting customer discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, value articulation, and solution commitment. Responsibilities include coaching and developing consultants, recruiting, resource allocation, sales opportunity prioritization, training, performance evaluation, demand-generation support, and daily operational management. The role requires strong presales leadership, Japanese market expertise, SaaS and PaaS knowledge, solution selling experience, and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.

Leads the IT Asset Management Product Design team, managing and mentoring designers while driving AI-enabled workflow innovation, visual quality, data visualization, and platform consistency. Partners with Product and Engineering leadership on strategy, roadmaps, and execution. Oversees user journeys, information architecture, prototypes, interaction patterns, and polished design specifications for complex enterprise software across web and mobile experiences.

Leads visual and motion design technology for AI workflow products. Builds high-fidelity React prototypes using modern web technologies, codifies kinetic design systems, partners with design systems and engineering teams, and mentors designers through hands-on pairing and workshops. Translates visual concepts into production-ready front-end experiences with strong attention to animation, accessibility, performance, and consumer-grade polish.
