Ibotta is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to own two areas of our consumer marketing engine: seasonal tentpole moments and co-branded client activations. This is the role where big ideas meet flawless execution, and where your work directly influences revenue from Ibotta's top CPG partners.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
Tentpole Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop compelling consumer-facing programming that turns major shopping moments into high-engagement Ibotta experiences
Partner with Creative to develop campaign visuals, messaging, and channel-specific assets that drive app opens, offer redemptions, and Consumer delight
Track, measure, and continuously optimize campaign performance
Client Activations & CPG Revenue
Lead the strategy and deployment of co-branded activations with top CPG partners, ensuring their brand goals and Ibotta's Saver experience are both served
Bring innovative, first-of-kind activation ideas to the table and provide concepts that make CPG brand partners want to invest more with Ibotta
Partner with Sales and Account Management to support key client renewals and upsells by developing marketing programs that demonstrate clear ROI
Serve as a marketing thought partner to CPG brands, helping them understand how Ibotta's owned channels can amplify their campaigns
Cross-Functional Execution & Operations
Collaborate across Creative, Product, Lifecycle, and Revenue teams to align campaign priorities and deliver seamless execution
Build and maintain scalable campaign processes that allow the team to move fast without sacrificing quality

What we are looking for:
5–7+ years of marketing experience, with a proven background in integrated marketing, brand partnerships, or CPG/retail media
Demonstrated experience developing and executing tentpole or seasonal campaigns with measurable business impact
Experience working directly with brand or client partners
A proven ability to generate fresh, innovative campaign ideas and build stakeholder buy-in around them
Proven project management skills
Sharp written and verbal communication; you know how to tailor a message for a Saver, a CPG brand, and an executive
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and energized by a fast-paced environment
Experience in a rewards, loyalty, or consumer platform environment preferred
Familiarity with CPG incremental lift measurement and Retail Media performance metrics preferred
Background in paid media or content marketing preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $1150,000-$135,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
