Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for people and a knack for unlocking value? We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Finance – Procurement to sit at the powerful crossroads of Finance, Procurement, and Total Rewards. In this high-impact role, you’ll design and execute end-to-end benefits strategies—including executive and equity programs—while also partnering cross-functionally to drive SG&A savings, optimize vendor agreements, and elevate the employee experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where financial discipline meets human-centered thinking, this is your opportunity to shape how we attract, retain, and scale top talent.

How you will achieve success:

  • Lead strategic procurement initiatives from vendor sourcing and contract negotiation to performance tracking—driving cost savings, service improvements, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Own and optimize benefits strategy by partnering with HR and Finance to negotiate renewals, analyze utilization trends, and introduce innovative programs that enhance employee well-being while reducing total spend.
  • Build and maintain advanced equity models to support executive compensation planning, board reporting, and long-term forecasting aligned with company growth and cap table management.
  • Drive enterprise-wide cost mitigation efforts by identifying SG&A efficiencies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and creating visibility into spend, risk, and vendor performance.
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor across Legal, HR, and business teams—balancing fiscal discipline with employee-centric thinking to influence high-impact decisions on compensation, benefits, and vendor partnerships.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 8+ years of experience in benefits, procurement, or finance roles with a strong analytical and strategic focus.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel; experience with SQL and BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in cost-saving initiatives, including contract negotiations and procurement strategy execution.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, and Tech.
  • Analytical and action-oriented, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, handle sensitive information, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
