Senior Manager of Field Integration & Implementation

Reports to: Director of Operations Implementation 

Travel: Up to 20%

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Sr. Manager of Field Integration & Implementation is a pivotal role designed to lead the development and execution of strategies to align park operations with corporate goalsThis individual ensures that all initiatives, communications, and rollouts are integrated seamlessly across company and franchise operations, maintaining a consistent brand voice and operational standardBy bridging cross-departmental efforts, this person drives clarity, cultural alignment, and effective implementation, empowering field teams to deliver consistent and high-performing results. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, project management, communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or field implementation roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. 

  • Certifications related to project management, change management, or process improvement are a plus. 

  • A proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent. 

  • Proven experience managing large-scale operational rollouts and complex field integration projects, especially in a multi-unit and franchise environment is required. 

  • Strong background in aligning corporate objectives with field operations and delivering on high-level operational plans. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling newsletters, job aids, and training materials. 

  • Experience with change management practices and methodologies is highly preferred. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Drive Cross-Functional & Cultural Alignment: 

  • Collaborate with all functions (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Training, Safety) to unify field-facing initiatives into a single, cohesive strategy. 

  • Serve as the key integration point for company-wide rollouts, ensuring all teams align on timing, content, and execution priorities. 

  • Act as the central point of coordination for integrating franchise and company-owned operational standards. 

  • Address unique franchise needs while maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence across all parks. 

  • Promote initiatives that align park teams with Sky Zone’s strategic objectives, values, and customer-focused culture. 

  • Ensure communication and rollout plans drive both performance and engagement at the park level. 

Define Field Implementation Standards & Oversee Rollouts: 

  • Establish and oversee the operational execution model, including pacing, prioritization, and content delivery, to ensure seamless rollouts across all parks. 

  • Develop feedback loops to refine implementation strategies based on real-world field challenges and successes. 

  • Manage the planning and execution of operational rollouts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery to all parks. 

  • Create comprehensive rollout schedules that integrate cross-functional input and minimize disruption to park operations. 

 

Lead, Manage & Refine Integration Processes: 

  • Standardize processes and workflows to align company-owned and franchise operations under one consistent approach. 

  • Shape broader operational strategies that reflect Sky Zone’s brand values while meeting the unique needs of individual parks. 

  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of field-facing systems and processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. 

  • Partner with the Manager of Operations Excellence to use data insights for refining communication strategies and enhancing execution.  

 

Control Field Communication Pacing and Content: 

  • Review, approve, and prioritize all field-facing communications to ensure consistency and clarity. 

  • Develop job aids, operational guides, and quick-reference materials to support seamless adoption of new initiatives. 

 

Collaborate on Training Initiatives: 

  • Work closely with the L&D Team and the Training & Standards Specialist to ensure training programs align with rollout priorities and operational standards. 

  • Provide input on training materials to ensure they address real-world challenges and drive understanding at the park level. 

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a desk and move around in parks as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. 

 

 

Compensation range is $110-120k/yr based on qualifications and experience.  Full-time employees at Sky Zone enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching.  Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
