Senior Manager of Data Analytics

We are looking for a Senio Manager Data Analytics who will:

• Lead and execute analytics projects aligned with business priorities.

• Manage and mentor a small team of analysts while contributing individually.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data infrastructure using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across analytics workflows.

• Advocate for advanced cloud-based analytics platforms and AI adoption, where applicable.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership or hybrid IC/manager role.

• Strong experience in Power BI and SQL.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with Python, R, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Experience using Microsoft Fabric or other data integration tools.

• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms.

• Payments industry experience is a plus but not required.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
