Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Creator & Influencer Marketing will build and scale Flow Studio's creator ecosystem. This person will identify, recruit, and grow relationships with creators who inspire the next generation of filmmakers, designers, artists, gamers, and storytellers. They will own creator campaigns from strategy through execution, helping turn creators into advocates while generating content that drives awareness, engagement, and product adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, community, content strategy, and product marketing, working closely with social, growth, creative, product, and partnerships teams.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute Flow Studio's creator and influencer strategy

  • Identify emerging creators across AI, filmmaking, animation, gaming, VFX, design, and digital arts

  • Recruit, negotiate, onboard, and manage creator partnerships

  • Build long-term ambassador relationships rather than one-off campaigns

  • Develop scalable creator programs, challenges, and ambassador initiatives

  • Partner with creators to produce authentic, high-performing content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and emerging platforms

  • Ensure content showcases product capabilities while maintaining creator authenticity

  • Coordinate launch campaigns around new Flow Studio features

  • Develop repeatable content series that educate and inspire creators

  • Define KPIs for creator marketing including:

    • Reach

    • Engagement

    • Video views

    • Product signups

    • Monthly Active Users

    • Creator-generated assets

  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize investments

  • Identify opportunities to turn viral moments into sustained growth

  • Grow an active ecosystem of Flow Studio creators

  • Foster relationships with top creators through events, Discord, livestreams, and exclusive previews

  • Create programs that reward creator success and encourage ongoing participation

  • Partner with Product Marketing on launches

  • Work with Creative to develop campaign concepts

  • Coordinate with Social on publishing strategy

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to optimize creator-driven acquisition

  • Share creator insights back with Product teams

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, social marketing, or digital partnerships

  • Experience managing creator relationships at scale

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, and emerging creator platforms

  • Experience negotiating creator partnerships and managing campaign budgets

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills

  • Highly analytical with experience measuring ROI

  • Passion for AI creativity, filmmaking, gaming, animation, or digital creation

Preferred Experience
  • Experience marketing AI products or creative software

  • Existing network of creators within AI, VFX, gaming, design, or filmmaking

  • Experience working with agencies and creator management firms

  • Familiarity with attribution, affiliate programs, and creator analytics

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $183,920. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
