The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a team of strategic value advisors working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales teams.

In this role, you will help Salesforce’s customers navigate AI-led business transformation with Salesforce and Agentforce. You will act as a trusted advisor who can translate complex technology into clear business value, helping large enterprises define account strategies, shape high-value deals, and build investment justifications.

You will collaborate across pre-sales, sales, operations, and professional services, serving as the strategic bridge between a customer’s vision and measurable business outcomes.

This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong influence, executive presence, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams without formal reporting lines. Success will be measured by your impact on strategic deals, growth, and value realization across Salesforce’s Canadian accounts.

  • Identify high-impact opportunities where Agentforce and autonomous agents can transform business processes and improve operational performance.

C-Suite Executive Engagement

  • Develop and present insight-led points of view and investment justifications for senior executives; focusing on long-term business outcomes rather than technical features.

Thought Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted resource and thought leader for the Canadian organization. Share best practices in deal structuring, value selling, and industry trends to help upskill cross-functional partners.

Strategic Deal Design & Account Strategy

  • Architect sophisticated commercial structures and value-led proposals for Canadian customers; focusing on creating successful, mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.

AOV Protection & Growth

  • Act as a business owner in partnership with Account Executives for Canadian accounts; identifying new value streams, supporting measurable value realization, and helping protect and grow existing revenue.

Desired Experience & Skills

Strategy & Value Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, value advisory, business value services, or a similar value-focused role within a major technology company.

Business Acumen & ROI

  • Strong ability to build business cases and financial models that demonstrate how technology investments improve business performance and financial outcomes.

Executive Communication

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders by simplifying complex ideas into clear, strategic, and commercially relevant recommendations.

Influence & Orchestration

  • Proven ability to align diverse teams around a common goal in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Curiosity for AI

  • A genuine interest in AI, autonomous agents, and the practical ways these technologies are changing business models and operating structures.

Industry Perspective

  • Generalist backgrounds are welcome, and either experience in, or a desire to learn about, various industries is highly valued.

Emotional Intelligence

  • Ability to navigate high-stakes customer environments and complex negotiations with empathy, patience, and a focus on win-win outcomes.

Education

  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor - essential, MBA - preferred)

  • Relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc. - preferred)
