About Hello Heart:

Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past.

We’re an AI company focused exclusively on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen—identifying risk up to 10 days in advance versus 10 years in traditional clinical models.

This is already working at scale. Hello Heart has been shown to reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and deliver ~$1,800 in annual savings per member. Hello Heart is the cardiac prevention partner to over 80% of large U.S. health plans and serves hundreds of public and private employers.
We’re defining how the #1 cause of death—heart disease—is managed in the AI era. Join us.

About the Role

AI is a big part of how Hello Heart builds campaigns, automates work, and makes member experiences better. As the Sr. Manager, AI Marketing Ops, you will be the marketing team's AI expert, consultant, and hands-on builder. You will create AI solutions like automation workflows and prompt systems to make our marketing engine much faster and more effective. You will report to the VP, Member Marketing and work with Member Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, and Brand and Communications teams to help them use AI to get better results. You will also be vital in coaching your teammates how to use AI.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the marketing team’s AI plan, finding opportunities and turning them into a roadmap.
  • Design and build AI-powered solutions, such as automated workflows, prompt libraries, and automation systems.
  • Work with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to make sure AI solutions work well with our current tools (Iterable, Salesforce, Asana, etc.).
  • Help the Member Marketing team use AI to improve enrollment targeting, personalize outreach, and speed up testing cycles.
  • Apply AI to improve Enterprise Marketing campaigns, personalize client content, and help with market execution.
  • Help the Brand and Communications team create content and build tools to produce on-brand materials faster.
  • Build and lead an AI education program for the marketing team, including workshops and guides.
  • Define and track goals for AI projects (like productivity and efficiency gains) and share results with leaders.
  • Ensure the use of AI follows data privacy, HIPAA compliance, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI, marketing operations, automation, or marketing technology in a hands-on, building role.
  • Demonstrated history of building and launching AI solutions in a marketing context.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI tools: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted content and automation tools.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across marketing, data, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Experience working in lifecycle, growth, or member marketing environments with many campaigns and complex channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable defining success metrics, evaluating test results, and using data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communicator able to explain complex AI ideas to non-technical people.
  • Preferred: Experience in digital health, benefits, SaaS, or a regulated consumer environment.
  • Preferred: Comfort with Python, SQL, or no-code/low-code tools for building workflows and integrations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 to $180,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level.
