Senior Learning Solutions Consultant | Remote in Prague | Open to Prague-based candidates only

Location: Remote from Prague, with some client travel
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant who can lead learning requests from early discovery through execution, bringing structure, clarity, and practical problem-solving to complex learning needs.
This is a highly collaborative, stakeholder-facing role within a global learning environment. You’ll partner directly with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, recommend the right learning approach, and guide initiatives from intake through delivery.
You’ll work across multiple functional academies and learning initiatives simultaneously, helping stakeholders navigate options, align teams around clear requirements, and ensure work moves forward effectively across design, LMS, communications, and delivery teams.
This is not a hands-on content development role. Instead, you’ll help shape solution direction, guide execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale.
What You’ll DoLearning Discovery & Solution LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact for incoming learning requests across multiple functional academies
Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals, audience needs, timelines, constraints, and desired outcomes
Advise stakeholders on the most effective learning approach, including existing content, custom development, blended solutions, or external programs
Translate complex or evolving requests into practical, scalable learning solutions and clearly defined requirements
Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Partner with internal design, development, LMS, and delivery teams to guide execution from intake through rollout
Ensure requirements, storyboards, timelines, and deliverables are aligned before work begins
Coordinate custom learning development requests and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives
Connect stakeholders, teams, and processes to ensure smooth execution and consistent learner experiences
Support coordination of external vendors and learning partners as needed
Identify and curate relevant learning content from LMS platforms and internal libraries
Partner with LMS administrators to manage course assignments, enrollments, learner groups, and audience tracking
Support live and virtual learning sessions through scheduling, communications, and learner coordination
Maintain organized learning resources aligned to academy and business priorities
Build and coordinate communication plans for learning launches and ongoing engagement initiatives
Draft learner-facing communications and stakeholder updates
Coordinate approvals, rollout activities, timelines, and dependencies across teams
Partner with creative and communication teams to ensure consistent and effective learner messaging
5–8 years of experience in learning consulting, learning operations, program management, L&D, or similar environments
Strong experience working directly with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and drive outcomes
Ability to lead discovery conversations and translate business needs into actionable learning approaches
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across learning design, delivery, LMS, or communications workstreams
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Clear, concise communication skills across written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing interactions
Working familiarity with LMS platforms, learner coordination, and content management processes
Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity
A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
