- Partner with Security Operations Centers (SOC), Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Cyber Threat Management, and engineering teams to define and deliver new cybersecurity capabilities.
- Drive modernization and continuous improvement of cyber monitoring, detection engineering, alerting, automation, and response processes.
- Champion innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled cyber defense capabilities, security analytics, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to influence future-state designs and technology investments.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across cybersecurity, technology, risk, compliance, and enterprise partners.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, operational effectiveness, and risk-reduction outcomes through measurable KPIs and OKRs.
- Support regulatory, audit, risk, and governance activities associated with Cyber Defense products.
- Present product strategy, roadmap progress, investment needs, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate foundational AI literacy by effectively using approved AI tools to support everyday work
- Apply AI tools for activities such as research, summarization, drafting, analysis, and decision support
- Exercise sound judgment when interpreting and using AI-generated outputs
- Understand basic AI limitations and appropriate use cases within daily workflows
- Adhere to data privacy, security, and data-handling standards when using AI tools
- Use AI ethically and responsibly, in alignment with company policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Product Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection, Incident Response, or related fields.
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience leading product ownership, product management, program management, or strategic cybersecurity initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, cyber monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and cyber defense technologies.
- Experience managing Agile product backlogs, roadmap development, and delivery execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with security platforms such as Splunk, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, email security, cloud security, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-driven security operations, automation, and agentic cyber defense capabilities.
- Experience supporting financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Agile Product Owner, SAFe POPM, or equivalent.
