Responsibilities

  • Lead AI transformation and implementation projects for strategic monday.com Enterprise customers, designing and building tailored solutions that include AI agents, automated workflows, vibe-coded dashboards, and other advanced monday.com features and functionality.

  • Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure successful adoption of monday.com across their organization.

  • Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for migrations and integrations as needed.

  • Actively leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to lead AI-first solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows for customers; modeling AI tool adoption for junior consultants and setting the standard for the practice.

  • Act as a project manager for medium to large-sized projects by building and executing comprehensive project plans that ensure deliverables stay on-time and on-budget.

  • Lead online consultation sessions and executive-level presentations to educate customers on advanced product capabilities and strategic AI use cases.

  • Contribute to department practice development and process improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and client outcomes.

  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior Implementation Consultants, supporting their professional development and project success.

  • Represent the voice of customers by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager, technical project manager, or other technology consulting role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record leading complex software implementation projects for Enterprise customers that required hands-on build and system configuration.

  • Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and demonstrated ability to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems.

  • Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and executive-level relationships in large organizations.

  • Strong project management and advanced problem-solving skills, rooted in computational thinking and systems design, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business requirements.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

  • Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and other integration tools (make.com) is a plus.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.

  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt at scale.

  • BA or BS degree preferred

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs. Full compensation details, including any applicable bonus or incentive plan, will be provided in the hiring process.
