About Ditto:

Ditto is redefining how data moves at the edge. Our mission is to make it seamless for developers to build resilient, real-time applications, regardless of network conditions. Whether you're in a stadium, airplane, or remote military base, Ditto's peer-to-peer sync engine ensures devices stay connected and data stays consistent, even without internet. With more than $145 million in funding and trusted by organizations like Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, and the U.S. military, Ditto powers mission-critical experiences across aviation, retail, travel, hospitality, defense, and more. As a globally distributed, fast-growing startup, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the wide range of perspectives needed to solve the world’s hardest connectivity problems.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketer to own the path from first touch to closed-won across two sales organizations.

Commercial and Public Sector sellers carry the assets you build. The events you run put them in front of buyers. The customer proof you publish is what makes the pitch credible. And the partner motions you market, including sell-with, sell-through, and co-sell, are how all of it scales.

Why this role, and why now: Ditto has already won marquee commercial brands like Chick-fil-A and Delta Air Lines, along with defense mission owners including SOCOM. This is still Day 1 for us. The opportunity now is to grow across every distribution path, B2C, B2B, and B2G, and this role is where that gets built.

This is a senior individual contributor role and the bridge between Marketing and Growth. You report to the Head of Marketing and work daily with Commercial sales, Public Sector sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success. Some travel for field events in both markets is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-market enablement, Commercial and Public Sector

  • Build the enablement system both sales teams run on: standard pitch decks, product data sheets, battlecards, competitive positioning, and a message library sellers can customize themselves without drifting off brand

  • Ship a launch kit for every product release, covering the positioning one-pager, FAQ, customer-facing email, and sales briefing

  • Support the field calendar across both markets, from customer dinners and regional roadshows to webinars, speaking slots, and curated meetings, and tie each one to pipeline you can point to

  • Run the account-based plays that move deals: named-account landing pages, content sequences for target accounts, and direct outreach support, working with RevOps on the funnel data that shows what to fix

Customer marketing and proof

  • Build the customer evidence engine: case studies, white papers, video and long-form features, and a customer section on the website that does them justice

  • Run the reference program end to end, including the approval path through customer legal, our legal, and public affairs

  • Extend that proof into markets we have not sold to yet, with a use-case library and forward-looking narratives that open new sectors

Partner marketing

  • Turn partner motions into pipeline across sell-with, sell-through, co-sell, and OEM, with marketplace listings and partner kits for hardware, software, cloud, and G/SI partners

  • Work closely with marketing counterparts at partner organizations to build and run joint campaigns

What You'll Need
  • A portfolio of enablement assets and customer stories you personally wrote and shipped, with the funnel data to show what each one moved

  • Strong writing, plus enough technical depth to explain how a developer platform works without a solutions engineer in the room

  • Experience running customer stories end to end, including the unglamorous parts: sourcing, interviewing, legal review, and approvals

  • Events that produced tracked pipeline, not just attendance numbers

  • Working fluency in a CRM and a marketing automation platform, enough to read funnel data yourself and say what should change

  • Comfort serving two sales organizations with different buyers, cycles, and constraints, without favoring either

  • Grit in ambiguity. You build the process when there isn't one, and unstructured problems energize you

  • A proactive and curious attitude about how you can leverage AI to support your role through automation, ideation, asset creation, or more thoughtful decision-making

Nice to Haves
  • Experience in developer tools, data infrastructure, edge computing, IoT, or mobile platforms

  • An account-based marketing program you built rather than inherited

  • A track record managing freelance writers, video producers, or event partners to a deadline

  • Marketing to defense or federal buyers, with comfort around public affairs and operational security review cycles

  • A military or defense-technology background of any kind

  • Time at a company moving from founder-led selling to a repeatable GTM motion

The Benefits of Building with Us

We offer competitive salaries and meaningful equity. We believe everyone on the team should have a stake in what we’re building. Benefits vary by region to make sure you're covered in the ways that matter most. In the US, that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) and flexible spending accounts.

Regardless of where you live, everyone at Ditto can utilize flexible time off. And while we work remotely, our Atlanta office is always open if you ever want a place to work or meet up with teammates.

Apply Anyway

At Ditto, we know game-changers don’t always come wrapped in a “perfect” resume. Years of experience? Every single bullet point checked? Meh. That’s not what drives us.

What does matter?

  • Grit.

  • Curiosity.

  • Adaptability.

  • And a genuine spark for what we’re building.

So if you’re fired up about our mission but not sure you tick every box - hit that apply button anyway. Use your application to show us how you’ll make an impact here.

We’re always on the lookout for exceptional humans who want to grow, stretch, and build something meaningful with us.
