LastPass is looking for a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager:

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager to lead experimentation and conversion strategies for our Teams and Business trial users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box to unlock growth opportunities. You’ll be empowered to test bold ideas, challenge assumptions, and iterate quickly via our user communication channels, email and in-product messaging.

You’ll own the strategy and execution of trial conversion experiments, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the user journey.

About the Team:

You’ll be joining a nimble and high-impact Growth Product Marketing team, currently made up of three marketers, with this role being our fourth. We’re evenly split between B2B and B2C focus areas, united by a shared mission: monetizing our user base through trial-to-paid conversion, free-to-paid conversion, and expansion within our existing customer base.

We operate with a product-led growth (PLG) mindset, running experiments to uncover what drives user engagement and conversion. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work; we partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, data-informed user journeys. If you thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and love turning insights into action, you’ll feel right at home here.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

As a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Growth Product Marketing, collaborating closely with the rest of the Growth & Ecomm Marketing team as well as Product, UX, Data, and Customer Experience teams. You’ll regularly work closely with other team members across the organization to drive key initiatives and deliver results.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • B2B trial strategy: own the communication strategy for trial users, identifying opportunities to drive conversion through innovative messaging and lifecycle campaigns.
  • PLG experimentation: design, develop, and execute A/B tests across email (Marketo, Sendgrid, Acoustic) and in-product messaging (Pendo), constantly pushing boundaries to uncover what drives the best user experience.
  • Experimentation analysis: use tools like Amplitude and Power BI to dig into results, uncover insights, and refine strategies. You’ll be hands-on with data and comfortable making decisions based on it.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, UX, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align trial experiences with broader go-to-market strategies and ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Purposeful innovation: bring fresh ideas to the table, whether it’s an in-product onboarding flow, a data-driven email sequence, or a segmentation strategy. We value bold thinking and calculated risk-taking.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Extensive experience in product, growth, or lifecycle marketing preferably in a SaaS or PLG environment.
  • Proven track record of driving trial-to-paid conversion through experimentation and lifecycle strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, Pendo, and analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven expertise in using data to drive impactful initiatives; curiosity to explore new ideas, test hypotheses, and learn from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving, self-starter mindset.
