This is a high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You’ll work across the entire funnel—from driving awareness and demand to optimizing conversion and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Own Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a holistic growth plan spanning paid, organic, and partnership channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Leverage Marketing Automation – Use HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead and similar platforms to build cold outreach and nurture flows that move prospects through the funnel.
- Manage Paid Acquisition – Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels; continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Run Conversion Experiments – Partner with engineering to design and test landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze & Optimize – Track KPIs, generate insights, and iterate quickly to improve performance.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align campaigns with business priorities.
What You Bring
- Experience – 4–6 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Skills – Proficiency in paid media platforms, SEO best practices, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, HubSpot).
- Mindset – Data-driven decision maker with a bias for action, a test-and-learn mentality, and strong creative instincts.
- Results – Proven track record of driving measurable growth and improving conversion metrics across the funnel.
Why Join Truv
- High-Impact Role – Directly influence revenue growth and company trajectory.
- Innovative Product – Help market a platform that’s changing the way financial institutions operate.
- Collaborative Culture – Work with passionate, driven teammates who value excellence.
- Competitive Compensation – Base salary, performance-based bonuses, and equity options.
