The Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Customer Experience will be responsible for leading the management and execution of CSG’s CX Strategic Solution Unit's growth marketing activities. This role involves collaborating with various teams and leadership to create and execute go-to-market business plans that drive sales and pipeline growth across all channels and geographies.
The candidate will develop and lead innovative marketing strategies, ensuring effective adoption and adjustment of campaigns to meet sales objectives. Additionally, the role includes leveraging corporate programs to generate leads, promote brand awareness, and meet lead and opportunity goals. This role leverages a combination of data-driven analysis and problem solving to support business growth through effective marketing programs. This highly collaborative role will liaise with members of the corporate and product marketing teams, as well as product and sales teams, to ensure alignment to overall business objectives.

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Customer Experience, who will -

Revenue Support

Collaborate with the CX Marketing team, Customer Experience (CX) Strategic Solution Unit (SSU), client business unit and leadership to create and execute the go-to-market business plans that drive sales growth within assigned business units/geographies across all channels.

  • Develop and lead innovative inbound/outbound marketing strategies and programs intended to meet and/or exceed sales objectives. Ensure effective adoption of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with SSU teams to ensure that marketing programs are increasing early-stage opportunities as well as nurturing existing pipeline throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor program results and make ongoing enhancements and adjustments to strategies and programs, as needed.
  • Partner with the SSU and product marketing leadership to understand sales and growth strategies, the market environment, and customer needs to develop integrated marketing initiatives and to support the client business unit teams with marketing campaigns and their use across prioritized go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships serving as the primary point of contact within assigned geographies/business units, and address any high-level issues with the channel marketing strategies.

Campaign and Program Management

This role will drive leads, promote CSG brand awareness and influence customers, prospects, and analysts within assign business units/geographies.

  • Develop innovative programs and campaigns to fill the lead pipeline and align marketing planning and initiatives to meet and exceed lead and opportunity goals across all business units.
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is inherent in all programs and shares responsibility for the success of all programs, global and regional.
  • Develop and execute the plan for events (i.e., trade shows, client conferences, client events, business reviews, etc.)
  • Drive demand generation strategy and post-event lead nurturing strategies, and partner with marketing Operations on lead tracking, reporting, and field compliance.
  • Collaborate on various support requests such as case studies, testimonials, regional requests, etc.

Team and Resource Management

  • Support the CX Marketing team with the management of assigned marketing budget(s) to drive optimized investment and ROI.
  • Manage outside agencies and resources as needed.
  • Responsible for effective demonstration of managerial practices to include: the identification and recruitment of key strategic talent and providing day-to-day leadership, the establishment of clear roles, responsibilities, and lines of business support for team members, as well as the overall coaching and performance management of a high performing team.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology sector, SaaS B2B preferred
  • Experience in growth marketing, including managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including events.
  • Experience in supporting new logo, customer marketing, partner marketing, and the BDA team. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid social media, display advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget. Asana is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent budget management skills. 
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$115,043.95-$184,071.59

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
