The Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of the company’s marketing initiatives and enhancing the visual identity of Billingsley Company and its 30+ sub-brands across multifamily, commercial, retail, and industrial portfolios. Through innovative, captivating design, this individual will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling materials that communicate our brand message and highlight the unique features of our high-end spaces and recreational areas.


Responsibilities:


Branding and Visual Identity:


· Collaborate as a part of the marketing team to maintain cohesive visual identity for 30+ sub-brands of Billingsley across various platforms

· Conceptualize, create, and design various materials for both print and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with the company’s creative vision and brand standards

· Proactively contribute to the development and maintenance of a library of visual assets, including logos, images, graphics, brand guidelines/standards, etc.

· Design (email) templates using various software tools, adhering to brand standards and best practices

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and branding, sharing insights with the team


Print and Digital Collateral:


· Solving design challenges with functionality and the customer experience in mind

· Create engaging branded materials through various print and digital materials such as banners, postcards, signage, and other promotional items

· Create captivating digital content for online marketing campaigns, paid social media, and the company website(s)

· Learn and manage hardware, printers, print production, trimming machines, etc., ensuring smooth operation and high-quality output

· Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset to address design challenges and improve workflow efficiency

· Assist in other design-related tasks as needed, showing flexibility and a willingness to learn


Property Marketing:


· Collaborate closely as a part of the marketing team to produce visually appealing materials for property listings, promotional campaigns, and marketing/advertising campaigns

· Develop graphics that creatively highlight the unique features of each high-end apartment community and its surrounding spaces


Signage and Wayfinding:


· Design clear and effective signage for apartment buildings, retail spaces, and recreational areas, focusing on user-friendly wayfinding solutions

· Contribute ideas and solutions to develop wayfinding systems within our communities, enhancing resident and visitor experience


Photography and Image Editing:


· Coordinate with photographers to capture high-quality images of properties and spaces, demonstrating attention to detail

· Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency, showcasing a meticulous approach to quality


Collaboration and Communication:


· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions

· Communicate proactively to incorporate feedback and ensure the successful execution of design projects, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

· Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts, contributing positively to team dynamics and innovation

· Coordinate with outside agencies, vendors, and creative services as necessary to achieve project goals


Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

· 5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer

· Experience in real estate or related industries a plus, but not required

· Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft office (including Excel and PowerPoint), and Canva

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with an emphasis on branding and marketing materials

· Demonstrated ability to take a project from conception to completion

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Understanding of current design trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments
