Role Summary
We’re hiring a highly agile Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in early-stage startups and uses the latest AI coding tools to ship fast. This is a builder role for someone who turns ideas into working features quickly, pushes full-stack code to production, and iterates based on real usage. You should be comfortable designing AI-powered frontend + backend systems together, using AI dev tools daily, and adding the right testing and CI guardrails to ensure production quality.
What You’ll Do
● Ship full-stack features end-to-end with high ownership
● Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and refactoring
● Build modern frontend apps and backend APIs
● Connect AI/LLM systems into real product workflows
● Push frequent releases and iterate quickly
● Productionize AI-generated code with tests and reviews
● Maintain lightweight CI, testing, and monitoring
● Debug and fix production issues fast
● Contribute to pragmatic architecture decisions

Frontend
Astro, Vue, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind , Contentful CMS
Backend
Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Inngest , BAML + multiple LLM providers
Requirements
● Strong full-stack experience in production systems
● Deep experience with Vue + TypeScript and Python backends
● Experience with APIs, databases, and third-party integrations
● Hands-on use of AI coding tools for real development work
● Ability to validate and harden AI-generated code
● Comfortable in fast-moving, low-process environments
● Bias toward shipping and iteration over perfection
Nice to Have
● Real-time systems or websocket experience
● LLM/AI integrations in production
● CI/CD pipeline experience
