About the RoleAs Onebrief’s Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor in shaping how we understand and manage the financial health of the company and you’ll play a generalist role. You’ll own core financial planning processes, support business leaders with insights, and help scale the systems, tools, and rhythms that enable sound decision-making. What You’ll DoLead and continuously improve core FP&A processes, including 3 statement budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Participate in building out and tracking SaaS KPIs.
Partner with department leads on their budgets & forecasts and develop and track key performance indicators, offering actionable insights.
Prepare monthly management reports that clearly tell the story behind the numbers.
Support system and process improvements to enhance data quality, automation, and scalability of the finance function.
5+ years of experience in FP&A at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience in business partnering and reporting
Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling skills (comfort with complex formulas, scenario analysis, and automation)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Experience with ERP, FP&A and BI tools
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
